A Scoop of Sunshine

Lady on the swing, Your hair blows in wind, As you sit there swaying, As if in a dream.

Valentine's day is here, With romantic souls declaring love near and far. "Oh it's love", they say, "The crazy, undying kind, Which cannot be tempered by the rain or wind" Oh silly, silly mind!

On Valentine's day many people take it as a time out to thank and share some love with their loved ones - partners, friends and family.

As I stare out from the window Of my closed dark room, City lights sparkle. Be in happiness or in gloom, I sit every evening to witness this show.

Well it is Valentine's day and Love is in the air, or so to speak on the cloud as well via Facebook, Twitter and all other social media. Now this makes me think..Love is a simple combination of complex emotions. Love is universal. It comes in one size, fits all. Blessed are those who are loved, for they have the greatest riches of all. And even gratified are those who care to love, for they are beyond riches. Love surrounds us in inexplicable ways..and there are so many times to which we can look back and exclaim, "It must be love!"

This post is coming up a little late, nevertheless here it is: My thoughts on Thanksgiving It is Thanksgiving and I am pondering, What are the things I am thankful for? There sure is a very big list - A good life, love and comfort, amidst.
